- Subscription and transaction status from Stripe; PracticeMeter does not store complete payment-card numbers

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process your practice sessions and provide feedback and analytics
- Develop and evaluate features using aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
- Communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity

- With service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Supabase (authentication and database), Railway (application hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Mixpanel (product analytics)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use essential authentication cookies and product analytics to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Mixpanel may receive events about feature use and device or browser information. We do not intentionally send complete MIDI recordings, payment-card details, or support-message contents to Mixpanel. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
7. Adult-Only Pilot
The current pilot is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to PracticeMeter, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence by us and our service providers. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.
